I agree. For all the flak he gets on here he is still only 21.  There were reports in training camp last year that his D was much better, and was starting to fill out a little more with his body.  We were a very deep team competing to win so he didn't get much of a chance behind Crowder and Brown.  I wouldn't be surprised if he blossoms into a rotation player. Has a good looking shot.

NO is starved for wing players.  Let's see if he can capitalize on it.

Great situation for him, he'll get a chance in that chaotic, fluid situation down there.  I think that he can play.

Shot well in inconsistent minutes; has good hands which translated into steals. Good body, flexible hips and shoulders.

Very careful with the ball, but doesn't make plays for his teammates - ultimately, the big constraint on his minutes, I'd guess. Extremely low assist %.

Upside is something like: rotation player on a playoff team.  He appears to have only belatedly realized how hard he has to work at this level, but he's got some great tools.
