I have to believe that the #3 pick was involved in that offer.  Plus we will probably throw in another player and matching salary.  How would you feel about passing up on Tatum/Jackson/etc. to land Paul George?

No chance they put the 3rd out for George when he's shot his value (on purpose) by saying he's only a 1 year rental.
