Unrealistic, but fun theorycraft for the win now play:

http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y9kmqujy

C's get Porzingis, Butler
Cavs get Anthony + LAC19 + Grizzlies19 (for some reason, they actually want him)
Knicks get Love, Crowder, #3 (they love Crowder and Josh Jackson)
Bulls get Bradley, Zeller, BRK18, LAL18 (expiring contracts + probably 3 top 5 picks in 2018 draft including their own)

Release all expired contracts and sign Hayward/Griffin.

and you get the first ever mega team:

Starting lineup:
Thomas
Butler
Hayward
Porzingis
Horford

Bench:
Smart
Brown
Rozier
Jackson
Mickey

It may look like Knicks get the raw deal, but remember they're also moving Carmelo Anthony.  The money all works out and no one is really getting hosed. It's theoretically there.

The reason it is unrealistic cap wise, but because there is absolutely no way in hell your starting five minus Horford, would be okay with taking a backseat, and making clear cut sacrifices to their stats, and their respective careers. IT, Butler, and Hayward are all going to need to handle the ball, plus you got KP and Horford who are great at catch and shooting, but they need to run the offense occasionally.

It would be a big 5, but it's much too much to give up Bradley, Crowder and our 3 Top picks for those two guys, neither of whom is a mega star.

Butler would be the first to complain about his role, and throw IT under a bus.

Literally.
