Not that this makes any difference at all, but nbadraft.net still has Josh Jackson as their #1 overall player, with Fultz being #2. If Danny sees it the same way, then he has to take him. Always take the best player available, regardless of need. I believe Jackson was thought to be the best player in the country going into the college basketball season. Putting up good numbers, on a crap team, shouldn't automatically catapult Fultz.
Speaking of Fultz, when it comes to defense, having the physical tools and having the desire, are two totally different things. If you don't have the desire, the physical tools don't matter. Passing on Fultz, tells me Danny will extend Thomas, as the Celtics don't need two guys that are sieves on defense.
