Final details on philly trade.(Protection on Lakers pick)

Bos gets #3 and Lakers 18(protected #1, 6 or lower), if Lakers don't convey the pick C's get Sacramento 19 instead.

If the 2018 Lakers pick is 2-5 . Then Celtics get this pick. So it will be a high pick.   If the pick is #1 or above #5,  76ers keep it

Then the Celtics get the 2019 kings pick (unprotected) .  Kings should stink for the next little while

Celtics bound to get a good pick either way

Me too. It seems Philly is so in love with the idea of Fultz they would have given us both. LOVE the trade if both, but not as much now.. still trust DA

Then the Celtics get the 2019 kings pick (unprotected) .  Kings should stink for the next little while

That Lakers pick will most likely be the Celtics pick. The Lakers will not do anything to win now, they don't have the players, assets or cap space. They want to leave room for Westbrook, Bron or PG13 to come in and makeover the team.

They may be as bad as the Nets even with Ball.

Ainge is hoping on 2 top 5 picks. I think he should deal them now before it's known what they are...get the player you want now in the event both teams just start spending crazy money to sign players and win games.

I feel like the lack of a pick next year forces the Lakers to take Ball #2 because of his reputation of turning programs into winners overnight. If Philly takes Jackson #1, theres a chance Fultz falls back to 3.
