I mentioned it in the other thread, but no one seemed to respond because there are so many replies.

I honestly think this is the plan

So #1, crowder,AB for PG13, future philly pick, future sac pick

I can live with that....

TP.......If Ainge does the swap with Philly, he'll have the added currency of the picks he acquired from Philly to get George or some other unknown target.

Ainge alluded the other day to something coming out of left field.

It's the only explanation and I can live with that too.

I forgot that this is the Celtics we are talking about. He's probably getting future picks jus to package and trade them ALL for butler. Brooklyn pick, lakers pick, and #3 for butler 😂😂😂 is hate him soooo much.

When are you freaking children going to learn?

He's not trading the future for Butler or George

LOOK AT THE LEAGUE, YOU CHILDREN

Golden state is not beatable right now

Cleveland is not beatable right now

So why would you trade away the future for now, when now is BLEAK?

You build for the future, which is what Danny is doing. My god, quit playing video games and use your brains

Calling people children, because they have a different opinion on a message board...

Who's the child again?

I dont expect the pick to be moved, but if the rumored deal goes down(no players to Boston) we would free up that last 1.3 or so million to get us to max space that was gonna be tricky to free up.

i think that could be worth noting.

The opinion that you can beat Cleveland or GS with Butler or George is LOLable

Why in the hell would you trade the ridiculously deep amount of riches Danny has w future picks including Brown, when those are going to pay dividends when LBJ is done...?

Trying to compete now (while giving up future assets) isn't just a differing opinion. It's wrong and stupid

I believe the target is Anthony Davis

Ainge needs another premium pick and can't trade 3 years of #1 picks. He may not want to give up the Nets 2018 pick so he needs more. He's not trading down to #3 just to take another rookie. This is all set up for another move...a very BIG move.

2017 #3
2018 Lakers #1
2018 Nets #1

Just think about the defense if Ainge can keep Bradley and add Davis. We had no defense at the rim to contest LeBron. Davis solves the rebounding and shot blocking problem.

Fact is They aren't moving Jackson. They apparently love him. He will be ready to start as our small forward and will play 4 in small ball. Kid is awesome. Been touting him all year. BBIQ off the charts. Fultz is a wizard with the ball. Jackson wizardry is often when he doesn't have the ball. Moves so well without it. Great decision maker. Kind of pumped. But sorry to lose out on Fultz.

so they traded for cousins so they could trade away davis and become as pathetic as the kings? I have zero faith Davis will wearing green anytime soon unless he demanded a trade. I would have heart attack if davis was coming to Boston!

and if we parlay everything for butler I will be sick for days. Fultz, Simmons, Embiid and Saric  on Sixers does not seem like a good idea for us going forward. But if Danny doesnt value Fultz at one, we are at his mercy.

That's a heck of a gamble unless they know FOR SURE they're getting a big fish.

I like both Fultz and Jackson. Wouldn't be surprised the Lakers take him though.
This draft is going to be lit!  So many options. So many options.
