Can we sign both, and still have depth? I love both players, but I'd rather keep the team deep and and add only one if we can't....

Sure we could if both take around 15m per year...
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

I think it is highly unlikely.  With that being said ( not sure if possible ) but can Hayward be signed and Griffin traded for using sign and trade/bird right players?

Think that would be the only way, but I'm not the one to ask if possible.

now that you mentioned it, still unlikely but I'd like to see KO sign and traded and add on some other pieces to make salaries work for the Clippers

mainly because I want to see CP3 bolt to the spurs and see if Doc stays for a "rebuild", how p---ed with the Clippers be if Doc bolted again because he doesn't want to be part of a rebuilding project

I'd have to look at the numbers, but I think it might be technically possible. We'd probably have to ravage our roster to do so, though, because their contracts will be so large. In terms of the cap, signing Hayward or Griffin then trading for Butler or George is FAR easier.

Edit: Wait, if you're asking if we could sign and trade KO, for example, at $15M per year then trade that contract to help match Griffin's, I don't believe that is possible. However, someone more knowledgable than me would have to confirm, it might be possible if Griffin declines his ETO (not happening).
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Just real quick.  If Paul bolts.  Would Clippers be interested in Bradley/Crowder, Olynk (bird) ,Young(bird) and a18 pick for Griffin. Especially knowing he is leaving.  How do they so no?

If not possible I apologize,  just thinking outside the box.  Didn't BKN do something similar with Bowens

there are quite a few threads that might address the question posed by the OP.

Here is the latest one:

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
