I think without the hair he would be 6'3" but with the Jaylen doo he is 6'5"

He's either 6'4 or 6'5.  He won't have problem seeing the floor as a general.  And with his long 6'10 wingspan which is independent of his height, it is very, very hard to bother his shot.  I think Fultz has just a great size and length package for a guard.

We could stare at phone camera images taken at various skewed perspectives and try to compare his height to people whose heights we are even less sure about ...

Or ... we could just accept the actual measurements that we have so far.

Fultz' DraftExpress.com profile has measurements from various events last year (most all from April through August of 2016) that all put his height between 6' 3.5" - 6' 4.75" w/shoes.   Only one event had him below 6' 4" and that was a USA Basketball event that had some other odd measurements on other players.   The Nike Hoop Summit measurements tend to be pretty reliable and consistent with the way the NBA Draft Combine measurements are done.   

At any rate it's probably a reasonable statement to say that he was a solid 6' 4" last summer. 

He was still a young 18 then.  i doubt that he has shrunk since then.  He definitely looks like he's at least added quite a bit of weight since then.  In games late this last season he looked to me like he was close to around 200 lb.

I think the speculation is whether he is still growing.  So last year was last year.  Regarding the measurements, I would not say solid 6'4" since all of those were with shoes. 

Anyway, fun to speculate given the photo.

Yeah, I'm 5'9" with size 13 shoes and a wingspan shorter than my height.  I've had size 13 since the 7th grade -- I was so excited when the doctor said it looked like I'd at least be 6 feet tall, but I peaked at 5'9" in 9th grade.

I'm the opposite. I was supposed to be 6'11, and stopped growing at 6'3 in 6th grade. However, my arms and hands didn't get the message, so I have a 6'9 wingspan and big hands. My feet also didn't get the message, so I wear a size 12.
