Does everyone agree that it should be Crowder and Rozier?

I suggested trade both for the 10th pick (Kings have multiple 1sts) and Tolliver or Afflalo

Or to Pistons for the 12th pick and Stanley Johnson

If you dont think it should be Crowder/Rozier...then which two?

Rozier is gone, yes. Makes no sense to move Crowder when he's the Smart/AB/IT/himself that isn't up for a big contract next summer. Celtics cannot afford to pay all of those guys in addition to Crowder (it would mean record-shattering luxury tax bills), so it makes more sense to trade one of Smart/AB/IT. AB is most likely because it eases the cap crunch more than dealing Smart and because Smart is the better asset. IT is least likely because he would be involved in the pitch to Hayward.

I don't think it has to be 2 out.  Rozier can certainly be included in a deal, but he can also be kept as quality insurance as a 4th guard.

While Bradley is a better player than Crowder, our future contract situation makes him a more likely trade chip.  That being said, either could go in the right deal.

Speedin up Jaylen's development then Crowder and perhaps either Rozier and AB for an established vet or picks.

But how do you split up the mins?

I cant see how crowder and hayward coexist..

Crowder nor hayward can guard shooting guards nor pfs full time

I actually think Smart is gone, we retain Rozier as the backup PG and send Crowder to the bench.

I think we let KO walk and re-sign Amir.

I would love to keep both Smart and KO, but it's impossible for the team to get sustainably better without actually upgrading contributing pieces.

Just one: AB

We can't afford to keep him long-term, and we're going to lose him in a year.

Crowder and Rozier are the types of contracts we need right now. Rozier is expendable, but using him just to clear cap space makes no sense. Crowder needs to be here, because his production surpasses his contract.

Maybe... The only thing is Celts cant lose both Crowder and Smart

Their versatility on defense is very important

I'm not sure what you mean here. I think we're all counting on getting sustainably better from the pieces we have now, i.e., building from within. The upgrades (other than Hayward) come from Fultz, BRK 18, Brown, etc.

Whether we keep KO / Smart comes down to their production vs. their future contract and their replaceability.

It's a good way to solve our financial situation, because good free agents would no longer want to sign here.

How did we find minutes for Paul Pierce and James Posey?

It's the same dynamic. Hayward is the starting SF. Hopefully, Crowder is the backup SF/PF.

Also, Hayward plays SG just fine.

Then what about AB?

Who plays in the 4th quarter with less than 5 mins to go?

Rozier can go and as much as it pains me, I think i'd trade AB too. He's too good that he'll command a high salary, but he's not good enough that he'll complete our "big 3". Unless of course, he takes a big discount (e.g. In the 10-12mn range only). But if it came down to signing Hayward or keeping Bradley? You gotta go with Hayward.

Stevens played lots of different rotations in the last 5 minutes, with guys like Rozier, KO and Brown all getting time.  I think it's match-up dependent, and who is playing well.  No need to try to figure that out now.

To answer the OP's question, I think it depends on what value you can get for guys like Bradley, Crowder, Rozier or Smart.  I'd be very surprised if IT isn't here next year.  I'm also pretty skeptical that Hayward ends up here, so that changes the math quite a bit.
