Guys, Wall should be a household name.

He's really, really good.

He reminds me of LeBron when he has a full head of steam.

I'll be happy when we move on from Bradley he can't dribble he's a terrible finisher and a streaky shooter. He's always injured too.
Right now, I'd be happy to move on from anyone not named Al Horford. They have one half to prove me wrong.
I agree

He's a monster. If he could shoot, he'd be a top-5 player.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Yeah cause Smart definitely didnt get more contact on that then Beal. Its unreal. NBA wants John Wall to continue on so they can still ride him.

Basically this. They are going to get what they get out of marketing IT and the current Celtics either way. This is about making Wall a household NBA Superstar name and marketing the Wizards.

Its so obvious. The narrative on how these announcers talk about him all of a sudden is not a coincidence.
Right. Except Isaiah Thomas is a much better story. The problem is you actually have to deliver the goods, and after that 53 point game Thomas has been, well, the pizza guy. Which is most likely going to cost us the season, it seems.

You have to recognize that Washington has adjusted their defensive strategy and it has largely worked apart from Game 5 when the "other guys" were lights out from deep.
So one adjustment and we're toast? I guess cleaning the house must start with the coach.

When you have only one guy that can score yeah, one adjustment and your toast. Our other players have to step up and hit shots if we hope to win.

Koz is on fire
I've been fuming since game 6, had to come out somewhere. Also, it's my birthday today so I really expect them to deliver in the second half.

McCutchen is personally responsible for at LEAST 8 Points for the Wizards...probably more---he's a complete moron, or he's crooked.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

This is all backfiring on IT too it was his stupid idea for the all black and he woke up a sleeping dog. This feels like an away game the crowd is silenced, the Celtic roleplayers are shook and clanking.

I've thought he was great for a long time now.

It's just funny how the commentators are suddenly hyping him in unison.

He has always been good.

Agreed. He's the main culprit, whatever the reason.

Pretty funny statement from ESPN.com's Adam Reisinger:

Quote
The Celtics were in control for almost the entire first half, but the Wizards hung close and managed to take a 2-point lead into the break.

Really? "In control most of the first half" but down by 2 at halftime? Doesn't make sense.

Pretty much. Also, for the purpose of this thread, consider I answered every complaint about the refs with, "Win game six".

Both could be true!
