One time a guy swiped me twice in a row harder than I'd ever been hit right on the arm where there's minimal padding while I was fencing (sabers). Mighta been an accident. Not my problem. You gotta be more careful than that. I gave him the smack of his life on his back and accepted the inevitable return smack. Accidents stopped after that.
