I still think he ends up back in Toronto

I don't ...

And I think once Lowry leaves....Derozan may want out as well

Valenciunas is probably a goner too

Casey fired

Raptors are kind of maxed out ... not really a FA destination...don't have a draft pick this season

weird situation
fair point but I just don't see to many realistic options and can't see him passing the 5 year max from Toronto.  Remember Lowry has never really cashed in and this is his last chance.  I suppose if the Lakers work out a trade for George than Lowry going there makes some sense but I can't see him going to someplace like San Antonio for half the money.

Milwaukee, Indiana, and New Orleans are the 3 teams that check the boxes for me. Thats also assuming all 3 teams can clear max room for him and that he thinks highly of the Davis/Cousins pair.

Milwaukee and New Orleans aren't going to be able to free up enough cap space.  Indiana could but I don't see signing Lowry as enough to keep PG.

he also is better than Teague but not that much better especially factoring in the health issues.  So I don't think Indiana even looks at him unless George indicates that signing Lowry will keep George in Indiana.
