All this talk of feeling disrespected etc this week and they play like this. So disappointing.

I'm an Iowa Hawkeye fan and they remind me of the Iowa football team.  They have had a lot of success but have also lost a lot of games against BAD Iowa State teams because our coach refuses to get the team pumped up for the in-state rival.  This season has really looked like a team that badly needs a more intense coach.

Al and IT showed up. AB was pretty good. Everyone else was atrocious.

Smart has absolutely not been atrocious.

Team low -18 and handed the game away with stupid shots and passes. He's absolutely been atrocious.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

What the Celtics need is a consistent second scorer, asame as through the season.

No one stepped up tonight.

No rebounding. No secondary shot creator/scorer. Worst fears come to light.

You're absolutely right Danny!!!!!! We don't need a rebounder at all!!!!!!

Danny did not say that. Just was not going to mortgage the future for a rental.

I gotta say ...

Brad's a great regular season coach.  Love what he's done to put this team in a position to succeed on a regular basis the last few years.

That said ...

His playoff resume leaves something to be desired.

I know, I know, there are injury caveats and what not.  But great coaches find a way to give their team's an advantage.  The Celts tend to look like a knife fighter in a pistol duel when the playoffs roll around.

That's a roster thing, but it's also the coach not figuring out ways to gameplan against the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent.

It will be okay. Win the next game, then win the best of five series that follows.

It's over.

We are supposed to be a rebuilding team but when you are offered the #1 seed, you can have the decency to beat your opponent in the first round. Honestly this loss makes me sick.

At least we'll have a lottery pick this year.
