this reminds me far too much of doc rivers ball. too manys jumpers. we need a dominant inside game when we go cold outside.

We finally get a chance for the #1 pick and there are no dominant bigs to be found.

2018...there are a bunch

for 2017 he needs to draft the BPA..many guards available, Jackson, Tatum

At this point if someone is willing to throw stupid money at Smart...i would let him go and draft a guard

At least people's expectations can come back down to earth after this beat down.

A grand total of 3 points from our bench up to this point.

I've also lost count of how many simple rotations we've missed tonight.  You'd swear that we're actually trying to lose this game.

Wow. The east really sucks beyond CLE, eh?

We just don't have the ponies to run this race.

The fact that so many guys have laid an egg in such a big game is more than disappointing. It's like the fans realized the importance of the game and too many of the players did not.  To have a realistic shot at best record (and the playoff advantage you get from it) and put in this kind of performance is just inexcuseable.

If you lose you lose.  But if you lose like this?  A performance like this given the stakes shows you're not a serious contender.

a sad stat. and the shooting woes continue.

the last few points by the cavs i concede to them shooting well. but the celtics lack of baskets is the key so far.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Oh yea, Danny.  Rebound is not important at all.

We need skilled players like KO, duh!! Who cares that they have 16 more rebounds than us and 12 FREAKING OFFENSIVE REOBOUNDS! Certainly doesn't impact the game at all!

What an idiot statement that was.

Kelly girl needs to learn how to block out. Another useless player on this team getting major minutes.

Brad Stevens: We can just kinda go through the motion throughout the game, right?  That's not us.

Brad has been telling this team for a long time this season...we have yet to play 48 minutes hustle basketball this season.  Hence why he said we are not as good as our record.  And he's right.

And Toronto takes the lead...

Spurs come back from a 26-point deficit, now only down 9.

This one is pretty embarrassing.  Until we actually win a playoff series with this team, I think we can drop the eastern conf finals talk.

IT is great during the regular season.  Once teams start to focus in on him for multiple games in a row, his lack of size and def really hurts us.  There were multiple def possessions in the 1st half where I was saying, wth are you doing IT guard someone...
