Knowing what we know now, last years draft class is this years draft class and we have the #2 pick...who do you go with?  Simmons and Ingram were the sexy 1 & 2 picks. Most of us would have grabbed Ingram in a heartbeat if we had the 2nd pick.

I think most would still pick Simmons #1. Ingram, Jaylen, Chriss, Dunn, Bender, Buddy, Murray...
Who would be your #2?

Would Simmons still be your #1?

Simmons #1.

Brown #2.

I may be a bit biased but Ingram hasn't really impressed me this season. He's averaging 8/4/2 in about 30 MPG (not bad but give Brown a ton of minutes and he is doing better).

I would pick Jaylen as well and that's not being a homer, but I would pick Chriss before Ingram.

Waiting on all the Hield and Murray fanboys. "we need more shooting", "we need an NBA ready player". OK

I picked Ingram. He was my pick if we got #2 but hopefully I'm wrong. His future talent spectrum ranges from average Jeff Green to 3/4 Durant.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

Judging by 99% of the teams on that list.. Jaylen has no business being on it.   Those teams are horrible (Cept Toronto and that cat was benched for the stretch run) ..

Jaylen was my #2 just slightly over Ingram because I liked his overall tools better than Ingram's. Now what made this fairly close for me was Ingram's shot which I didnt see him struggling with as much as he has so far this year.

Overall I tend to lean to prospects that I have seen play over the course of a few years and not just 1. Jaylen on lower levels jumped out at me as an assertive type of player where I didnt get that feel in the very limited games I saw Ingram in HS.

I also thought that Jaylen in HS was not the same player you saw in college due to such a slower pace in college and the space available and thought he would be a better pro than he woudl be in college which has seemed to play out so far.

In many ways I see the same thing with Tatum and Ball this year. I give mad props to Ball for what he has done but I have many more questions about him than I do of Tatum. Tatum's issues are very similar to Brown's in that he always tried to do too much to start the year. The difference is for Brown he did that all year. I think Boston has structured Brown to play under control whereas going back to Ingram I think he has been hurt by playing with so many over young players.

It's known as a horrible draft but I imagine Ingram, Bender, and Brown turn out very good.  I still think Bender will be a good player but based on what I know now, Brown is all that I'd hoped for and more.  I really think he will be a stud.  When I watch him now I feel a little something extra when Jalen has the ball.  The sky really is the limit for this guy.  Especially since we know he can shoot!

I would pick Ingram in a heartbeat.

If he played under Brad Stevens system and not Luke Walton system, he'd be thriving a whole lot.

Simmons and Brown hands down.

Ingram does not impress me at all.

How can you be so sure about that? His shot has not fallen so far. I think people are underestimating Brown's work ethic which was a big reason for me wanting to take him
