10 games at 30 mpg

or

8 games at 37.5 mpg with 2 games off

In each situation the player would play 300 minutes over the course of ten games.  In which situation does the player get more rest?  What do you think is better for the team in the long run (I mean you could plan the off days for bad teams and then have the player play longer against the good teams)?

10 games, 30 per.
The injury is more likely to occure when the body is tired.
San Antonio and others have proved that playing 30 a night enables players to extend their careers to a 37/40 years range.
Kawhi never played 34 mpg. They would rather have him for 17 years than 13.
I am leaning to their school of thought in that matter.
To me, that extra 7.5 mpg is like exposing your self 6 times more to the injury risk. That is after deducting 2 games of rest.
