Incredible how fast the years have gone by. Can't believe that was Paul's last game at the Garden.
Jack of all trades, master of none.

Tears in my eyes. Smile on my face.

So glad he made that 3. Classy move by Doc to put him in and classy move by IT to let him shoot.

Paul Peirce has NEVER been scoreless at the garden.
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

Classic ending he had a path to the basket but settled for the ballsy three and nailed it.

You knew when he got put back in he was taking that shot. So happy for him it went down. Even if his body is starting to fail him, his competitiveness wouldn't let him down hitting that shot.

Thanks for the memories PP!

I saw his first, and I saw his last. I don't mind telling you I've got a tear in my eye.

Man, I was actually at his very first Celtic Summer League game in Long Beach, Ca...before his debut @ the Garden.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

I watched a lot of PP college games. Not a Kanas fan....just to  watch Pierce .....I thought he was amazing then.  And hoped Celtics would draft him.  I was ecstatic when they did.

C's were lucky there were 8 Stupid teams drafting ahead of them.

Pierce was drafted 10th.

Dirk and Vince Carter were both drafted before him so it appears there will be 3 HOFers from the top 10 of draft class. Thus if you want there were 7 stupid teams who drafted prior to the Cs.
Jaylen Brown will be an All Star in the next 5 years.

As my girl was making dinner i said it would be something if Paul hit a shot and of course he did. Still my all time favorite player and always will be. (IT coming up in the mirror though) What an absolute awesome moment though. As a 26 year old man tears came to my eyes. Its amazing sports can do that to you but was awesome and a thank you to everyone in the crowd today!

3rd highest scoring trio from any draft ever.

none picked in the top 4.
