Not sure how much it would've mattered. Our defensive communication is just nonexistent, and that leads to us being simply unable to guard the PnR. It's just astounding how bad we've become defensively.

That's a really terrible loss. Portland's bad, on a back to back, and on a cross-country trip. Just awful.

Ugh.  Our last 3 losses (Toronto, New York, and Portland) have all come against teams Embiid has beat this month in limited minutes.

Terrible, terrible, terrible loss.

21 turnovers to a horrible defensive team. IT, Smart, KO, and Amir were the main culprits there.

The only time we can get a stop is on a Smart iso defensive play, but we're simply incapable of defensive communication and guarding the Pick and Roll.

Like everything this season, it always comes down to our lackluster D, either by not being able to board or not being able to get stops when it matters, which was the main problem tonight.

Honestly. What the Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. happened to our defense? That was supposed to be the team's calling card.

Now I guess we've got nothing but outright Edited for profanity.  Please do not do it again. on the defensive end.
