every time i see him interviewed, i thought this guy misses nothing,he seemed so intense next to the seemingly placid brad a really good pairing an eagle /falcon
 so i just googled jayL-
was i ever impressed led his university team in 3 pointer per game, for season and career,-then did stints for multiple teams in europe spain, italy france avg over 45% from 3 for career
coaches irish national team and did time as coach erie bayhawks with a impressive resume of winning and coaching players to call ups
it is no accident we shoot so many threes also the d league red claws

Coachs' sons are usually well grounded in fundamentals, so it's no surprise regarding Jay. In college he played 4 years for his father Jim who was also a very good outside shooter and player for Providence College back in the 70s. His old man was drafted, but immediately went into college coaching where he has had a successful career. Currently is the HC for Miami and twice named ACC coach of the year since 2011.

As for shooting 3s more, it's pretty much yields the best points per possession outside of shooting within 0-3 feet.
