crowder looks like he is completely healed and getting to the hoop quicker
they will be closing him out quicker helping his ability to take that slashing drive
crowder is putting up great numbers
-the fans and purists love your game  and intensity

It was difficult to wake up to the negativity. In a recent post, I listed Jae as having the greatest job security of all the Celtics. It's my opinion based on the length of contract, his productivity and how he represents team identity.

You can't have all-stars at every position. It would be too expensive.

That might have been Brad's best game coached of the year. His rotations were tight. Last night's Olynyk was the one who gets resigned if he can do that consistently. Jerebko kind of has it tough against bigger players, but Brad was looking for continuity.

I liked what Amir did and how Brad stuck with him. He wasn't so good in the first quarter, but by the end of the game it was clear that Horford, Amir and Olynyk are what we have to work with. Crowder and Bradley are staples. We can see what Isaiah has been doing.

We have a very good team.

Brown had one of his better games.

Philadelphia won which helps the Brooklyn pick.

Marcus Smart looked good.

Jae Crowder does need to be smarter and not have meltdowns on Twitter. Even if he's correct about what happened, that he was disrespected, he should have kept it to himself or discussed it more calmly in a better setting.

Jae is one of the biggest reasons we might steal a championship this year. Yet, I feel the same about a number of players.

Basketball is just rough. If any of these guys get hurt, the team as a whole is diluted for strength.

It is a big if, but if we are healthy wih stamina for the playoffs, we can win any series, even against Cleveland or Golden State. It may take those teams being banged up or otherwise not at the top of their games, but we are right there at the doorstep of a title.

It could be this year. It could happen in year three or four of the Horford contract. But it could happen this year. Saying the C's could win a Cinderella championship is not the same as saying there is a Santa Claus.

So I await to see if Danny can get us Larry Sanders or Noel.

Our problems could be answered internally. Jae can get better. Amir Johnson could get his act together. Olynyk playing better was a good development.

This is a shame. I hated waking up to the awful negativity. Too many Celtics fans are ingrates.

I think this is true, BUT it will indeed take some injuries or something similar to get past CLE and GS, but it is very possible if everything falls right.

I tend to vary day-to-day as to whether I want a big trade or just 'stay the course' and be patient for the Nets picks.  I only give up those assets for Cousins, probably not for Butler, and DEFINITELY not for Millsap.

Back to rollie's original point:  Jae is doing well from 3, but I want to see it over an extended period.  He is climbing the 3-point FG% board, can he maintain it?

well, so far for the season he is shooting 3 pointers at a 43% rate. that is really, really good. does the season so far constitute an extended time?
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

It makes sense that he'd be unhappy.  Since he got here and solidified the position, the team has both drafted a high lottery replacement for him and engaged in trade talks and free agent talks for players who play his position.

No one who's ever worked a job under the daily threat of being fired/replaced has enjoyed it.  It's a bad feeling.

It's too bad too since there's not even that much divide between Hayward and Jay in terms of real value to winning.

Hayward is ranked 23rd in the NBA in Real Plus Minus.

Jae is ranked 29th in the NBA in Real Plus Minus.

my intention was for us board members to step back and give credit to this team and attempt to diffuse all the trade posts
as i believe the press and management are being irresponsible to our present team
sabotaging comes in many forms, the promoting in press of a opposing player not named durant at the expense of a starter
so lets get behind crowder, the boston celtic crowder
did you see green on sidelines last night-that a boston celtic teammate
crowder is our guy,a strong tough guy -the celts don't need to trade for hayward
 or overpay in free agency
