Allstar All NBA right now Isaiah Thomas.  3 really quality star level talents in Bradley, Jae and Horford.  3 up and comers in Smart, Jaylen and Rozier.  Players play better with time and minutes.  Smart has been consistant as a 6th man this year playiing all over the place and as IT's primary back up.  These guys are only going to get better.  Amir is a solid vet.  Jerebko is a good glue guy.  KO and Zeller not too good.   This team doesn't need much except just keep adding talent.  We don't need to mess with core players to do that.

The only guy I see as a possible trade piece is a guy like Crowder but he does his job and had a great game tonight.  Where we could package picks to get a real stud big man but Jaylen is still young and coming along.

We are that much better when IT moves the ball too.  Rozier is lightning too and is going to get a shot.

There aren't many teams better than us.  GS, Cleveland, SA after that it's a lot of teams and we are right there.  We could even upset one of the top teams. Toronto is probably ahead of us for now.  OKC, Houston, Utah teams like that aren't better than us.

We are  a top 5 team in the nba.  We could use another rebounder and scorer   Jaylen is going to it there eventually.

Just saw how Jae is upset fans were cheering for Gordon Hayward. I kind of agree with him in that there is an awful lot of talk about players we don't even have.    Jae is really good when he wants to be especially with Jaylen here.  Jaylen isn't there yet and Jae and him can compliment each other really well.  Jaylen is more a slasher anyways where Jae is shooting it and physical.

C's not beating the top teams doesn't really bother me when that stuff is coming and we are still developing.   That's the best part imo is knowing what this teams strengths are.

It's no different than the media talking about mcdaniels and trading garrapollo when the patriots have those guys and why?

It's no different than us.  We developed these guys we don't have to decide between young and old.  We can just pick and choose what we want.  We have 6 or 7 solid to star level talents.  Some still developing.

Most of the people who think there's a good chance of Hayward coming here don't realize that IT actually is that 'star' that everyone feels you need to contend in the NBA.  He gets his points regardless of the opponent, and delivers on a nightly basis in the 4th quarter when most games are won or lost.  He's made a jump this season.

They're very, very close to contending for a title.  But the remaining piece has to be the right guy.  You need a C/PF who can rebound, defend and not screw up their ball movement, which has been terrific of late.

Hayward is not the missing piece, much as I like him.  Jae costs you a lot less and allows you to spend big money to go get a Millsap or whoever you think can round out the top 5.  And he's one of the keys to your team defense.

Hayward for Jae weakens you defensively - by a significant amount.

There have to be enough balls to go around.  And that  player needs to be able to compliment what we have.  I like Hayward and think he would give us a 2nd scorer to IT but getting a rebounder is just as important.  Crowder is really fine playing off IT and can step up.  He's a good player.

The way IT plays he gives us that it guy and everyone else kind of compliments him right now.  It can go many ways where we just develop a player like Jaylen.  I hope we do that.  And Smart.

Amir, KO, Zeller etc probably aren't going ot be here past this year with Zizic and Yab stashed and our draft pick.  I'd trade all that for a rebounder maybe but has to be the right one.

We can really go to the scrap heap after players get waived too if need be.
