OMG, freaking Minny just tied the game with 1.7 seconds to go on A RUBIO THREE. Philly is beyond terrible.

And  Covington just tipped one in with .2 left!!

Covington MVP!!!

Triple win as Philly moves a game ahead of Brooklyn, TWolves keep Lakers from getting closer to another top draft pick, and.... we own the Wolves 2nd round pick which could be a decent pick if 35 or better.

If ko could ever get hot, this team would be hard to stop.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

So I haven't been able to see the game tonight, just the box score.  What does everyone think about adding Hayward after tonight?  (maybe tonight isn't a good one to judge on, because Crowder seems to be having a great game)
Brown has showed some flashes of greatness also.

We don't need to over crowd the position.

Well based on recent conversations, it seems like we would be shipping out someone at the 3 if we were to sign Hayward.  Or they move Brown to the 2?   Just wondered what Hayward looked like tonight against our guys.
Brown is too good to trade away.

Who said anything about trading Brown?  lol not me!
I guess you meant Crowder then.

Yup.  But I am not sure that is wise or not.  That was why I was asking how Hayward was doing against us.  Crowder's D is a notch above Hayward's so I am still not sold on picking up Hayward if it forces us to trade Jae.
All this team needs is a 5 upgrade to solve its rebounding problem and allow Brad to play 3 guards and not get destroyed on the boards.  They need that more than Hayward.  Jaylen is going to improve too and make them even better offensively.  This is of course assuming that they are able to sign IT and Bradley to extensions.

Class!

Up a bunch.....let the shot clock run out rather than hoisting one or driving.

Don't see a lot of teams doing that. Did it the other night too.

Too bad they charge a TO for that to the player who last had the ball.

Crowder tonight, I think Smart the other night.

Good win for the Celtics. Isaiah continues to be a beast. I know Lowry, Irving and Wall are having good years, but there's no doubt he repeats as an All-Star.

I'm going to be honest I'm excited for that 2nd round pick

Best I've ever seen IT...super star numbers. This, to me is more impressive than the 52 point game.

There should be NO question about another all-star appearance for IT.

Nice win Celtics.

He likely won't be, but he should be starting alongside Lowry.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

best game I've seen IT have in quite a while.  He didn't just score but kept everyone involved which is my biggest critique of his usual games.

good game by everyone (for the most part)

I don't know. With it not being a fan popularity contest anymore and other players and the media getting a say, he might have a legit shot.

I think that's especially going to be true after we finish this favorable schedule leading up to the All Star Break. I believe we're only 2.5 games behind Toronto after tonight, so we could legitimately be right there with them with our record at that time, especially if we take advantage of the opportunity and win the game in Toronto next week.

Does it matter if he starts or not? It wouldnt matter if he didnt make the team

He is an all star. Unfortunately I think the fans will vote in Irving to start

Everyone from boston could vote for IT4 but he would need other city fans to help him out... Dont think he has that kind of respect still

I think he'll be there, but he still doesn't get the respect.  He averaged 30 points for December, including his great 4th quarter numbers, and player of the month still went to John Wall.
