Bender is the guy I wanted in the draft knowing full well he wouldn't do much for Boston this year, but I felt he was worth the risk given his size, age, skill set, etc.  Glad to see he has gotten some decent run the last couple of games.  Let's see if it continues.

 I here you brother TP. I will be one of the people that will lose their minds if he's a stud. Especially considering all the hype, and the fact he's a 7 footer and we desperately need size.

I wasn't anti-Bender (like Bo) before the draft. I thought the guy had some skills and hope he has a good career. Given my signature, I'm not worried about us passing on him.

At the same time, it's two games for a bad team and he hasn't been playing all that much. If Brown were on the Suns he'd have multiple 20 point games by now and getting heavier minutes.

I hope Bender gets really good and Phoenix trades him to us for a 1st round pick because their front court is too crowded.
