Also, TPs to anyone who can discuss how this might affect other teams. ie, it negatively hurts the Celtics, as posters above have explained, but what about other teams that thought they would have enough room to sign a max FA? Which teams are these, and which teams will have to make some hard decisions (financially) that might have a positive trickle down effect for the Cs.
