When Jaylen is on the floor he needs to be an offensive focal point.
Eventually they're going to be able to run their crunch time offense through him - a la Paul Pierce.

I'm sorry if Jaylen was on a team like the 76ers or Lakers and he'd be contender for ROY. He has good efficient numbers and has been a good two way player for this team off the bench. He's made rookie mistakes here and there, but he's gotten better since the first game and continues to grow as a player. Love watching our young star bud into what could be a very good player for us in the future.

Honestly if he could hit that 3 at 37% or more I think there's a chance he could be starting.

I think he's at 35% which is pretty good.
