Am I the only person who cares about this? Probably, but here goes...

Past two seasons Lebron has taken a somewhat inexplicable trip to Miami in the middle of the season.

In 2014-15 it was in January, because "spending time in the warmer weather was deemed healthy for James' back". This was the year that he came into the season skinnier than normal, saying he cut out carbs in the offeason, but his performance in the first few weeks was un-Lebron-like:

Last year it was in March, on a two-day break in the schedule where he went down there to work out with Dwyane Wade and "spen[d] some time in the warm weather", and also to work out with Wade's trainer, David Alexander.

You probably know where I'm going with this. If not I'll give you a hint:

I predict... This year he'll go down there again mid-season, it will be given some weird explanation in the press, and then he'll come back and be notably better in the second half of the season than the first.

It's probably not as malicious as we imagine.  He probably just keeps going back for hair plug treatment.

There is definitely something going on with his hairline.  It doesn't just magically grow back like that.

This is one of my favorite NBA conspiracy theories. I'm also not entirely sure it's untrue.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Yep, I tend to believe it.  Not necessarily in a malicious, "Lebron is the enemy" type of way.  But he's striving to be the GOAT, the margin of error could not be any slimmer, and we've seen athletes do it in virtually every other sport.
