I like IT off the ball when the backcourt is IT and Smart.  Smart has improved enough in the PnR that hes trustworthy to make solid plays.

Something neither Tony Allen and Bruce Bowen can do.

Celtics starters are better. Minny's bench is better.  Don't count this in the win column just yet.

Amir with three quick fouls doesn't help. Thankfully the Celtics aren't me and won't assume a win. I guess for a fan like me this is a must win with no excuses. I know we'll improve as the year goes, but I'd like to see indications that we are an elite team. Winning a lot of trap games is usually a good indication a team is good. This game feels like everyone can go away until midway through the fourth quarter.

Smart should really work on his shot selection, aside from his overall shooting.

Smart's passing is very, very underrated. He has excellent court vision.
He really does. He might not have the natural PG's instincts but his court vision is terrific and he'll make the right play when he sees it.

And you notice that Brad is having Smart run the point more and more with the first unit with IT off the ball, too. I think that's mainly because IT can effectively play off the ball more than Smart, yet he really likes the small-ball unit with Smart in there with the starters.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Unwatchable. Hope to wake up to a win.

So Dieng gets to stay in the lane for 10 seconds at a time apparently?

IT has to be frustrated. This team has to go through him more or this will happen.
