Celts have given up 100+ points 7 times in 10 games.  Two of the other three games they gave up 98 & 99.

Only really superlative defensive performance was against the awful Knicks.

It's early and we're missing two starters and yadda, yadda, yadda.  I don't want to read too much into this loss but shooting 41 threes in a game is a sign of a lazy team chucking up easy shots instead of working to get good shots.  And that's not just on the players but on a coaching staff that let's them get away with it.

They way we came out this game was awful.  We kept fouling and shooting 3's at the end as well.

Brad deserves credit for having guys work on the right things this offseason as far as bradley and what not and we are still young.  But game to game this team has not been prepared so far.   That's supposed to be one of Brad's strengths too.  It's early but this team has been too lackadasical.

Ugly game, lots of mistakes down the stretch, we need Al and Jae back.

ko made a dumb foul and didn't shoot well but he still didn't "play like zeller." if zeller isn't scoring, you can't play him at all! he grabs as many rbs as I do from watching on tv and he's a tragic defender.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Simply put, we couldn't hit a 3 after the 1st quarter. I believe the Cs went 5-11 from 3 point land in the 1st quarter...and 7 out of 30 thereafter. That, 16 fewer free throws and some dismal play the last 2 minutes doomed the Celtics.

KO cost us the game with:

a) that dumb foul
b) that stupid half shot, half pass, half trying to draw a foul on that late inbounds pass
c) some other boneheaded play that is slipping my mind now  - but and b are enough anyway ;-)

Our big guys have been terrible in general.  Horford is living up to his bad side too and been a total bore so far.  We are 5-5 and still early though.  KO had a couple good games.  Bradley and Marcus are progressing nicely. IT is his usual self.  Rozier and Young have shown some signs.  Jaylen has been pretty good.  Crowder has been hurt.

Horford is a good player but the knock on him is that he is boring and sitting out 7 games doesn't really make me think anything other of him so far.

Dude has never been seen as a Paul Pierce type warrior or KG for that matter.

Horford has a brain injury, can't really hold that against him.

I think at this point DA should blow up the team. Trade for draft picks and start from scratch.

Huh?

I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about
