Sure, if they give him some minutes.

Since Smart came back they are doing the usual Celtics thing of gifting too many minutes to Smart and not giving enough to guys like Rozier, Green, etc. 

Can't understand why they aren't giving Green more playing time. All the games I've watched, when he's stepped on the court, he seems to do a pretty good job. Smart has been solid at times and has looked utterly trash at other times.
