You guys are complaining about the TNT guys bringing up LeBron to the top 10 but Grande was talking about it over and over.

Hey guys I just came up with the Lebron drinking game. Take a drink every time either TNT brings up Lebron's name on the all-time scoring list or when Lebron complains to the refs.
I'm drunk.
Same, not because of that though

Hard to be mad at losing this game. Back to back and without two starters and another rotation guy?

We're going to be a tough out for Cleveland in the playoffs. I can guarantee you they would rather see anyone else in the East other than us.
you can't be upset with this game. Cavs are on another level.  Even with Horford and crowder it's a likely loss.   We kept it close and had some huge performances.  It was a great game.

Yeah I definitely didn't expect to win this one.  The only thing I'm disappointed in is giving up 128 points.  Even if we're missing a bunch of key players that's just too much.

Crowder, and Horford were both out. Horford has been great for us defensively, and Crowder is our anchor, so giving up 128 points is a lot  to stomach, the Celtics stayed in the game at least... So kudos to the Celtics for a tough game.

Kudos to smart for having a fairly efficient game.

It was the most anti-Smart game ever: efficient offense and a horrible +/-.

I don't take much from that plus minus.  Being asked to be SF so much is tough.  He played well and really he doesn't get a chance to get the ball enough.  He only got to run like 2 pick and rolls.  Did well too.

lets sign Reggie evans LOL

Really our offense is terrific and I am completely confident our defense will be terrific in time. We just need some rebounders.

If we could get Monroe for cheap Id honestly be really happy.

Also with this Jaylen Brown performance you have to be excited for the future. Great job Danny Ainge!

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
This was a solid moral victory. Jaylen got some burn too.

We just need strong 'never give up' performances like this vs Cleveland so when the playoffs come, they'll always have a certain fear of us coming back and a bit of extra pressure. Also helps us know that we can bring the game within 5 points in the 4th quarter without Crowder and Horford.

Avery Bradley is playing like an All Star through the first few games.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Yeah I guess I can't complain.  Especially with how well some of our young players played.

Jaylen playing well on national TV is great. I want this kid to start getting some respect. He's earning it.

Also, Zeller finished the game with 11-10-6 with 2 blocks on 5/8 shooting. Those are outstanding numbers. Why do I still feel like he didn't have a good game?

He manages to get stats, but he's garbage.

one thing I noticed a lot during the last 3 years with Smart is he does tend to drive and play very aggressively on offense initially but that ankle is a problem for him, whenever he injures that ankle and come back from injury, he relies heavily on his 3, and has been less aggressive.
