Mickey turned the ball over on an inbounds.  He was terrible.

Amirs defense is astrocious

JM made one mistake... otherwise when he was on the court, rarely anything much happened near the basket

Amir and Zeller come in and ...layup after layups

Mickey looked awful, especially on offense.

yes on the only pass he got and got stuffed because 4 guys were surrounding him

the other issue is, IT nor Rozier know how to play a basic PNR game.   It's an exclusive set a pick for me and I will either shoot or drive in.... I have never seen IT able to hit the rolling man either by lobbing it over his defender or a basic bounce pass

He bobbled the pass and cost the team points. It was also not his only touch. On his other ones, the offense completely stagnated. I've always considered myself a Mickey fan and support giving him some of Zeller's minutes, but he was awful in the first half.

You're talking to a guy who will never say Mickey did anything bad.

i will be honest, IT for the little offensive machine he is,  is basically a hot dog

We had one pg who was a magician of a passer (Rondo) but struggled to generate offense for himself and now we have a 6th man type of scorer that does not know how to run/involve a team

It would be nice to have a pg that can do both.  It feels like it's been ages since we had an all around pg.  Maybe since an over the hill Gary Payton? And he was fantastic

Not saying lets kick IT out etc.  Just wishful thinking

Seriously is it too much to ask to have a point guard that's in the top 10 for assists? IT was awful last year, ranking 11th.

But you're probably right, IT is making Mickey look bad
I'm bitter.

hahah exactly.  TP.

You guys couldn't be satisfied either way clearly.

If there is anything to criticize IT for it's defense and that's it.  On offense he is awesome.

I will give this to Amir - he's excellent at that little flip shot near the basket. His overall defense has been subpar, though, and I cringe when he shoots threes still.

I think he had 7 assists in the first half. Not sure what you want him to do that he's not doing.
