Predict Smart's FG % and 3 pt % this year

As many may recall, I have been critical of Smart's lack of offensive ability.  His FG% and 3 pt % were terrible last year.  FG 34.8%, 3 pt 25.3%

My prediction - FG% 39%, 3 pt % 30%   still a lot of room for improvement.  I still doubt whether Smart will ever become a decent offensive threat.  Great on defense, but lacking fundamental offensive skills.

I think CBS plays a part in this. If he limits Smart at the 3pt line, I can see a good shooting percentage. I'm going with 44% and 30% if he has twice as many attempts in the paint then at the the 3pt line. If his shot selection will be the same as years passed? Then fg 39% 3pt 25%

My goal would be if Smart can hit for 40+% FG% and 30+% from 3.  That would be realistic but major improvement in his shooting.  I'll say he gets there this year.

this sounds about right to me. based on preseason - only pre season, so who knows - smart's FG% might be fine to good this year.

his 3 pointers? i dont hold out a lot of hope for this year. but we shall see.
