Is Rozier getting close to unreadable??

I'd want more than Noel, right now.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Hunter=good solid player, end of rotation guy, won't hurt you too much, will he develop much more??

Young=better size, worse handle, some skills lacking, nba skill shooting, should develop more

I think in my mind that is it.  And i do like rj better but unless a trade to improve team is happening i'd keep young

He is so bad at defense though.
Completely agree.  Has the athleticism to be ok , not sure if its brain or work ethic.  His size and rebounding are fine if he could up his defense to plausible it would be fine.  Unknown

How much do you think Rozier has benefited by watching Thomas up close and going up against two of the best guard defenders in the league daily (smart and Bradley).  The exceptional shooting is all him, but his confidence handling the ball and making moves has to be partially his daily influences. That's why I'm excited about Jaylen going up daily against crowder... his ceiling goes up as a result of where he's playing.

I would trade Smart for Noel but not Rozier.

Correction. I would consider Smart. I think I would keep him too but I could start that conversation with him. Not Rozier however.

Ehh, that's probably a bit of a results-driven narrative. If Terry were struggling at the moment, we'd likely be saying that our depth/his lack of playing time has doomed him.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Rozier really seems to shine the most when he's the main to top-two offensive option on the floor, because he can focus on creating for himself without worrying too much about his place. However, he's not shown that he's that helpful playing with the main guys yet, especially defensively.

Strangely, Smart seems to be the opposite. He doesn't really shine the most when he's the main to top-two offensive option on the floor. However, he really shines and his value is truly apparent when he plays with the main guys and he's the third or fourth guy where he can really focus on doing pretty much everything outside of scoring in bunches.

When it comes to trading one of them, it ultimately depends on where you see the remaining guy playing.

Maybe but I'm not sure if I would for Noel.

Lol meant tradabl
Try not to get too excited until you see him do it for over 11 games in the regular season. That's usually how much time it takes for scouting to catch up to surprising play. I remember when delonte west shot like 65% from three for a full month and I started wondering if he could be the best shooter in the world.  I'll try to stay cautiously optimistic with Rozier.
