I know preseason means nothing, hence not worried about tonight, but nuts the Warriors opened up a 18 point lead in 6 minutes against the clippers starters

It's just as much the Clippers sucking as the Warriors being better. They've looked absolutely horrible.

I'm wondering if the confidence CP3 has in Doc .....might just be starting to wane.

The Warriors could / should win 70 games again, but does this game mean any more than the Warriors first preseason game against the Raptors (which they lost)?

Hmmm...We know how this story ends...

71-33 at halftime?  Lol.  Makes sense

On paper this team should win every single game.  Unprecedented collection of talent.

Up almost 50.  I think people underrate what happens when you add arguably the best offensive player in the world to a 73 win team.

Basketball gods help us.  This league is doomed.

89-36 is the score.  I know it's only preseason but you should expect this for most of their games.  They jump up 53 points, take the second half off, and win comfortably.  Get used to it.  Every team other than the Golden State Globetrotters is the Washington generals.

The Clippers are overrated.

I wouldn't call the Warriors overrated, but there's a reason they play the games. Not wishing this, but maybe KD breaks a leg, or Steph's ankles give out. Or maybe the chemistry's not quite there.

Also, anyone have a good handle on GS's payroll situation? Will they be able to keep their merry little band together for long?

chemistry shouldn't be an issue. There's nothing about durant's game that hurts their play style.  It just spreads the floor even more and makes things even easier for their shooters.

I don't see chemistry being an issue. I'm just reaching for any sliver of hope. ;D

preferably Boston.  But I mean, I'm not even sure how you could build a super team to counter them.  It's not enough to just get great players.  All these guys can play in the same system and shoot.  It's pace and space on steroids on steroids.
