 Do you think if we moved Jae he would have signed with us?

He mentions this:

The Warriors’ projected starting five includes Stephen Curry, Thompson, Durant, Green and Zaza Pachulia – a seamless transition in Durant’s mind.

“I’m not coming into a team where a guy is playing my position and we have try to fit in two guys playing the same position,” Durant told The Vertical. “I’m not coming in trying to play the point guard, trying to play the shooting guard. I’m a small forward. The team didn’t have a small forward when I signed. Steph, Klay, Draymond, the bigs, we all play different positions.

Man if that was a deal breaker and he "would" have signed with us.  I would have shipped out Jae and Bradley for Butler or what ever it took to "seamlessly insert KD on our Roster...

I agree, I would have too. I would have sent either of the following:

* Crowder + #3
* Bradley + #3
* Crowder + Bradley

Crowder + Bradley + #3 would have been really pushing it though, and I've heard rumours that this is what Chicago wanted.  Truthfully, I probably would have given in eventually, but only if I was 100% certain that it would bring KD here.  I'd need a verbal promise from KD as a bare minimum.
I read Chicago wanted Crowder Bradley 3 and '17 swap.

absurd. Cant blame Chicago there, but certainly cant blame Danny.

This comment by KD had nothing to do with us. GS has iguodala and had to boot Barnes. this is his Spurs excuse. Im sure we will hear his Thunder excuse and his Celtics excuse later.

Yeah, that would be ridiculous.  No way I agree to that.

Apparently they wanted 3 Butlers to 1.

Yet people are out there still calling for Danny to be fired. Honestly, some people are never pleased. Especially because they think they can do better than Danny. Lol, what a joke. Those people know who they are, and we know who they are as well. They're hidden now, but they'll pop up soon enough. Smh
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

It would have been, but if it meant Durant signed here, I think you have to do it.  Now I fully get that before the draft you don't have Durant here, but if you knew 100% you make that trade that you end up with Horford and Durant, then you make that trade every single time.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

You're taking it the wrong way. I think he's just saying their games mesh well, something the Heat superteam couldn't necessarily claim with Wade/LeBron.
