He couldn't even make the playoffs last year with Butler but he now  has a "superteam" with an aging Carmelo?  Got it...

Two guys I'd want off that team are not named Carmelo or rose!  Porzingis and Lee are solid players.  Rose in a current nba league dominated by great point guards doesn't realize he's not only not mvp material he is way down on pg list.

I didn't realize rose was a stand up comedian
I think he's just the dumbest player in the entire league.  He shouldn't be allowed to open his mouth.  This quote isn't so bad, but he's said a lot of stuff that he should have just kept to himself.

Idk about that, but I've never found him to be a particularly intelligent player, myself.  Dude just ignores the other 4 guys on the court and dribbles into triple teams, invariably misses the shot, and then complains to the officials, lol ;D. That's why it was always so easy for Miami to beat the Bulls, imo, because Rose seemingly never changed his approach.  It was always 1 on 5, for the most part, because his game wasn't based on much more than his speed, quickness, and athleticism, imo, and once the injuries unfortunately happened, he just became a chucker, to me, and he was never a point guard in the first place, either, really, imo.

As to his 'super team' comment, well, maybe on 2K with the injuries turned off, lol ;D, even though Rose no longer possesses the physical gifts that he once had.  The fact that he kept re-injuring the same knee, like Eric Bledsoe, really makes me wonder if he both guys have ever  juiced.

It's not a "super team" if you're more likely to win the lottery than to win the finals.

I do think 2nd year Porzingis, Rose, Noah, and Carmelo sneak into the playoffs, but you have a good chance of being right.

Hyperbole by Rose? Sure. If Horford said it we'd all chuckle and ask, "well what is he supposed to say?"
The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.

This is why GM's look for players with character, and solid attitudes.

Because when you have a team with players that are delusional, it makes your job that much more difficult.

Kind of depends on what jersey Rose will be putting on this season ::).

Nah. No way NYK is a "super team".
Jack of all trades, master of none.
