Anthony Slater: Kevin Durant said there were no talks with Russell Westbrook about his future… or “anything else” but “I wish him nothing but the best” https://t.co/niAvOfgrtX

Guess that Brady did a good job and Durant thinks a lot more about the Cs than the Fakers. Interesting comment about Westbrook.

he is just being diplomatic, ask OKC how happy they feel that he considered them?

As far as I am concerned we are in the same boat as every team he did not consider. You either win or lose in this situation, there are no second place medals.

UGH, that quote about Tom drives me nuts. You should have just gone with your "let's go" mentality! But you said no to the GOAT and will forever be remembered as a non GOAT.

Would've been excited if he went to the Celtics. Can't believe the C's were this close though.
Would've also been okay if he stayed in OKC, the team he has longed played for.

But he decided to go through all that meeting just to pick the Warriors, a team he lost to and subsequently joining them. Shame.

Up 3-1 on the champs, then lay an egg 3 games in a row. A fighter comes back and wants to fix what he didn't do. KD didn't. He gave up and joined his adversary.

Now you are in a lose-lose situation. If you win, it won't mean as much to ME. If you lose, you lose. Glad we didn't get him.
