We're better than the Pacers.  Not sure we're better than the Raptors, but I'll put us there because we're more likely to get better than worse from here on out.

Pistons are definitely ahead of the Heat, I'll say 5th.  And the Knicks are 8th at best, but probably miss.  I'll put Atlanta in the playoffs instead.  And the Wizards are either better than you think they are, or forgotten by you.

1. Cavs
2. Celtics
3. Raptors
4. Pacers
5. Pistons
6. Hornets
7. Hawks
8. Wizards
9. Bulls
10. Magic
11. Bucks
12. Knicks
13. Heat
14. 76ers
15. Nets

I'm gonna be a tad bit pessimistic that we won't make top 2

1. Cavs
2. Raptors
3. Pacers
4. Celtics
5. Bulls
6. Hawks

7-8. Pistons/Hornets/Knick

I also say this team gets out of the first round for the first time in the BS era. Celtics in 6 vs the Bulls

actually that's kinda funny, we face the Bulls but this time with Rondo on the other side of the team vs 09

12. Knicks
13. Heat
14. 76ers

Pacers have more talent than we do. Of course, it all depends on how well they mesh together. I think it'll be:

1. Cavs
2. Raptors
3. Pacers
4. Celtics
5. Pistons
6. Hornets
7. Hawks
8. Wizards

I could see the Knicks sneaking into 8th if Rose and Noah can play 65-70 games.

People are sleeping a bit on the Bulls. Even with their bad fit, as long as they're healthy and don't blow it up they can make the playoffs.

1) Cavs
2) Celtics
3) Raptors
4) Pacers
5) Pistons
6) Hornets
7) Bulls
8) Hawks
9) Wizards
10) Magic
11) Knicks
12) Bucks
13) Heat
14) 76ers
15) Nets

I totally forgot the Bulls. I actually think they'll beat out the Wizards for the 8th spot.

Yeah, from what it looks like the bottom of the playoff standings could be pretty competitive this year. I think the Wiz, Magic, and Knicks will all be right there fighting for the eighth spot, perhaps even the Bucks, too.

The East will definitely be more competitive than we've seen for some time. Cleveland is the only sure thing as far as seeding. 2 through 8 is really up in the air.

The Bucks will largely have the same problems as last year but maybe another year together could help. I do like Orlando's potential defense, but I'm not sure a team with Evan Fournier as their best offensive option can score enough points - especially with Ibaka and Biz taking minutes away for Vuvecic. The Knicks could do damage, though. Their starting 5 fits really well together, but they have to be healthy. I don't know if you can expect that from Rose and Noah. I especially think an injury to Noah that could keep him out awhile would pretty much sink their playoff hopes.
