Sorry--yeah, all the beat reporters are weighing in on Twitter now. Sounds like it is just Horford, but the team can't mention his name until he is officially signed. The Globe's Adam H. with the deets, including that there is "no new news" to it.

Has to be the Horford signing. Danny doesnt hold huge press conferences to announce trades and if it was a trade it would have leaked by now. Really nothing to see here.

Aren't most people of the opinion that Danny holds his moves close to the vest, while only sprouting leaks when he feels there is some benefit to doing so?  Although it takes 2 to tango and I would assume a trade would leak out from the other side.

It would be extremely unorthodox to announce a trade this way, but I guess anything is possible.

Well today is the first day that players can officially sign contracts so it makes sense to schedule the Horford press conference for tomorrow morning.

Again, that means that one of Zeller or Sully must be renounced or traded by the signing, since we need the cap space.  So there will be some piece of news regarding them by noon.  So it might not be JUST Horford.

My guess is it would be the lesser player, meaning Zeller.
