Holy Crap 72% for Blake Griffin guys, I'm surprised. I know there are lots of Blake haters here, but I guess talent Trump's in this case.

That list is almost the exact opposite of mine.

What this thread should really be titled is, "Rank Your Favorite One Year Rentals", which I didn't understand before the money started flying this week and BudweiserCeltic made the situation clear. There will be zero extensions this fall, of any kind. Or, should be zero. Bummer because it eliminates the option of trading for any of those players as a long-term solution. On the bright side, this oughta be the best crop of available and relatively affordable one year rentals ever. For one or two non-factor teams in a flexible enough position to capitalize on changing NBA market realities, it presents an opportunity to buy a bunch of star power for one season at 50 cents on the dollar and step up into the Finals conversation. What'd be perfect is if that team were so loaded with youth, depth, and picks that it could splurge and only put a small dent in its remodeling schedule if it doesn't work out. Ahem.

So...

Who are the other top one year rentals?

Also, that list is a starting lineup unto itself.

Side hypothetical: If you could, and if it were guaranteed that each and every one of them would re-sign long term...would you trade all of Isaiah-Bradley-Smart-Brown-Crowder-Olynyk-Horford-Amir plus all of our tradeable 1sts for those five players? Do you think...

PG: Westbrook
SG: Hayward
SF: Millsap
PF: Griffin
C: Noel

...could contend for the next few years, and would you be existentially, ethically okay with such a wholesale roster switcheroo?
