With Durant choosing Golden State yesterday it seems that any hope we had at winning a championship this season greatly diminished unless we add some serious firepower to the roster.

That being said I think Danny did a phenomenal job and adding Al Horford is a huge step in the right direction for the team by establishing Boston as a free agent destination.

If we don't make any more signings this offseason we still put ourselves in a great position to add another star next offseason especially if we can make a deep run in the playoffs this year. That being said if you're Danny would you try and trade to bring in someone with one year left on their contract (Nerlens Noel or Greg Monroe) to try and get deep in the playoffs in the hopes of being more attractive to free agents or would you just stand pat and play the season with what we have?

All depends on what you have to give up and if the player is going to commit to you long term.

While the Bucks have reportedly been shopping Greg Monroe for a while now so I don't think it would take a lot to pry him away from them. I have zero intentions of resigning him just want him for the one year to make a playoff push and show free agents to be that we are capable of going far in the playoffs.
