Just kidding. Irving Westbrook and very Lebron would be nuts.

If we drop Amir does that give us enough cap room with the rising Cap to sign Westbrook and Blake Griffin.

 Horford
 Blake Griffin
 Jaylen Brown
 Bradley
 Westbrook

 Zizic, Mickey, Crowder, Smart, Thomas

 Awesome team.

Wess and Irving in the same team with the same ball? Are you kidding me?

Cavs with Avery Bradley instead of JR Smith.. now that would be scary.

Westbrook is flash in the pan. He's basically Rondo with high volume shooting and a bad sense of fashion. Dude is going to become a Laker and lead them nowhere. Works for me. If I were OKC, I would trade him to the Lakers for Russell, a future first-round pick, and get busy rebuilding (they might actually have a shot at Griffin next year since he is originally from Oklahoma City).

Did you even read the whole post. Obviously not. I was theorizing him to the Celtics.

The C's should easily maintain another max salary slot barring a trade for a player of that caliber in the meantime.

I think they'll look at Westbrook, who knows what teams Westbrook will be interested in.

 Awesome team.

The only things is that Blake Griffin sucks at defense. The only way to beat the Warriors is by shutting them out the way the Cavs did and pounding them inside. I want Westbrook for sure. The guy was running on fumes by the 4th quarter because he plays the entire game on both ends of the floor. Wouldn't be the case with the Celtics. Swap Cousins for Griffin, and we got a shot.

I don't want Westbrook. Too ball dominant. His style conflicts with most players.
We just need Butler (preferably him but I like Khris Middleton) in order to be able to finish first in the East. Probably no championships tho because of the pathetic stunt Durant pulled off, which pretty much ruins the league.
Perhaps trade Crowder, BKN first round pick, and Amir (steal in this market) for Butler

IT/Smart/Rozier
AB/Smart/Rozier/Hunter
Butler/Brown/Bentil/Young
Horford/Sully
Ezeli/Horford/Zizic

1) This lineup can run coast to coast.
2) We can go small (IT-Smart-Brown-Butler-Horford)
3) We need to remember that we had won 48 games without Horford and Butler (assuming we get him) and took 2 games off the Hawks without Horford, Butler, or Bradley. The ability of Brad Stevens to use average talent and come up with something special is amazing. I would say with the addition of Horford and Butler we are close to 60-63 games in the East.
4) Butler would flourish in this lineup, so people saying that his numbers are only slightly better than Crowder's is misleading, because he was on a subpar Bulls team.
