Four 50 win teams in the West last year

 GSW
 Spurs
 OKC
 Clipper's

 50 wins in the East

 Cavs
 Raptor's

Durant to the east brings OKC below the 50 wins mark, and Durant plus Horford makes the Celtics a super team in the East that will be a huge Rival to the Cavs. Finally giving Lebron a top notch team to have to beat to reach his seventh straight finals.

Toronto is solid, but there kind of a joke as a second seed. Boston with Durant would be a legit contender every year. And Bring much needed balance to the East and the NBA.

Durant to the Warriors would keep a great team great and eliminate the Thunder as a threat.  Would be kind bad for the NBA.

Durant to the Celtics and Westbrook to the Lakers is the best outcome for the NBA as a whole. Can you imagine the narrative with Celtics and Lakers back in the Finals? Meanwhile, you still have GSW, Pop's Spurs, LeBron. I think the Clips might break up in the next 2-3 years. Griffin could join Westbrook with the Lakers and there goes the Clips.

Maybe not next season but the one after I think Detroit will crack the 50 win mark along with Indiana.

Durrant in the East levels the playing field East to West a bit .......as he will attract more stars with him.

I think once Pop,and Duncan are gone .....things will go back to,normal.

Sorry the nba isnt star wars

It is to the media. And Stern promoted it.

It is to the players now, too. Who is LeBron, if not Anakin? Steph would be Luke. Durant would be Chewie...no, wait...it's not Star Wars. But the NBA is a war of stars, teaming up with each other against each other.
