No, this was reported. NY Knicks owed it to him to tell him the news. He should have left the arena as soon as he was told. Basketball is just a game. Life is Life. And Death is Death.

But he did leave the arena as soon as he was told. Has he ever made the claim that the Knicks didn't tell him this was happening in order to win a game? Has he made that claim prior to now? The Knicks said his kin didn't want him told right away and IT didn't say anything during the post game because a lot of the family hadn't been informed yet. Has he ever disputed that till now?
