Perkins?

One of Durant's favorite teammates and plays a position where we need to add a vet min. Perk fits the bill. Plus, would be cool to have a guy from the last championship.

We would be in the running along with Cleveland, GS, and SA.  Our perimeter defense has allowed us to play Cleveland and GS competitvely.  Upgrading our interior and adding an elite scorer would give us a very good shot.  I would like our chances.

Would Yabusele and Zizic be coming over?

Either way, I think that team would win it all next year.

If we see Durant, I imagine there will be another move in terms of trades to improve the "win now" aspect of the team.

^^ This x 1000 if we got Durant Danny would cash in all his assets.

Need to bring Pierce back to Boston for his final year.
And perhaps pick up one more scorer.

Yeah. I wonder if Doc would trade Pierce to us for something like that. Is his contract guaranteed, or is it a player option?

Probably not.  Bench is too weak.  Need a better backup C and SF.

2 years, option for 3rd year. But they could get him from Doc if they really wanted him.

Absolutely it can. A team of Durant-Horford-IT and scrubs is already contender. Having a solid cast of role players in Bradley-Smart-Crowder-KO is what will give you the edge over other contenders.

Benches get you playoff seeding. Starters win rings.
