Not gonna lie, regardless what happens on the KD front, it has been a pure joy like every year on these boards discussing, arguing, speculating, joking, and analyzing every rumor word for word with you guys. And I know it will continue after KD's decision tomorrow.
I'm extremely psyched we got Horford, especially when it seemed like we had lost him for sure (Nice work, Woj). Even w/o KD this year Horford improves this team a ton. Also was the #4 best FA available this year which shows marquee FA's do consider us now
Hoping for the best tomorrow with KD, but if we miss out on him then we can just hope for next year, and I'm sure we will just pick up the options of Amir + JJ, sign a guy like Terrence Jones and then use the MLE on another big who can rebound.
Keep the cap flexibility for next year as well is what I assume Ainge will be hoping to accomplish. I really hope we land KD though we brought in all our weapons and he knows Boston fans love him (look at Horford's reasoning for coming here).
