Seems like Bulpett was the first to insist the decision would be tomorrow when others were sticking to the general 24-36 hour original timeline or expecting an announcement tonight.

Does it mean anything that a Boston guy had the more specific timing right first?

This is what I was thinking. Bulpett was the first to say it's tomorrow and it's not based off money? Then Blakely tweet out that Ainge is at the summer league, got off the plan with a grin on his face?

They're probably not going to have any inside info to his decision.

But what it does say is that the report that it's down to OKC and GS isn't necessarily credible/right.

Honestly, "it's not about money" is best news for teams other than the Celtics, who have max cap space.  The Heat don't, for instance.  The Warriors can, but have to jump through a lot of hoops to get there.

That said, my source is confident it's down to Celtics and OKC.  KD was ready to choose Celtics today, but is having a really tough time leaving an organization and city he genuinely likes.

Well, Broussard reported it.

Steve Harvey should be the guy who announces what team Durant chooses

The latest reports certainly aren't good, but the last reports prior to Al signing weren't good either. I'm discouraged, but not hopeless yet.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Chris Boussard said on ESPN its 50/50 between OKC and GS...so yeah, there's that  :-\

I will take odds against anything Broussard says, every day.

What about this report that he is strongly considering the Celtics?  ;D

I'm pretty sure he has made up his mind one way or the other.  Nothing we can do about it, well nothing we could ever do about it really, so might as well just chill out and wait patiently.

Oh hell, who am I kidding, I can't stand this.  Its driving me crazy.  I just want it to be over one way or the other.

Yup, he had KD blown away by the clips and then they are the first team eliminated...

He also reported that Durant was "blown away" by the Clippers.

I love what Ainge is at least trying to do.  Durant would be our best SF since Bird.   No offense to Pierce.  Horford is our best center since parish.   IT, Smart and Bradley are pretty comparable to him and DJ in some way.  We don't have Mchale or Walton but we do have Crowder, Jaylen, guys like Smart and KO and a bunch of draft picks to play with.  Smart, Durant and Jaylen replace everything  Turner brought and then some.

Broussard is reporting what we've heard he has no inside source.  Aldridge and woj are who we should key in on
