This dude doesn't know his a*s from his elbow.  Honestly, one minute, if I read prior posts correctly, it was down to OKC and GSW...and now it's down to 4 teams.  I'm still rolling with a decision between Boston and OKC.

"REPORT: People close w/ Durant informed Celtics insiders that KD will sign w/ C's. Will let public know midday July 4th via @PlayersTribune."

The guy, Nick Mattioli, pretends to have had an internship for the Celtics and being in touch with a current team member. Sounds fishy but he did announce correctly the Horford signing with the contract details before it was revealed on Twitter : "Per source, Celtics offered Al Horford a 4yr, $113M max-salary offer. Told team he'll sign & make it official after attending Durant meeting"

Let me tell you how I know this. There is this kid. His name is Nick Mattioli. He sent out a tweet a little while ago saying that Durant is coming here and will announce it tomorrow.

I know. I know. This is just some kid who hardly has any following. He's a nobody. HOWEVER, this kid just a few days ago tweeted out the correct details of the Al Horford contract offer and stated that Horford was going to accept it shortly after the Durant meeting.

Take a look at the date. It's July 1st. Horford tweeted out he was coming the next day.

He called Al Horford signing with the Celtics the day before Horford signed. Now he says Durant is coming to Boston tomorrow and that Boston has been his favorite all along. This kid claims he has a legitimate Celtics source because he had an internship with the team and still keeps in touch. I believe him. Kevin Durant is going to be a Boston Celtic everyone. You heard it here first.

As long as KD is in Celtic green, that's all that matters.  It could be a marketing thing for sure with lining up July 4 with "fireworks."  Hoping you are right.

Horford (as far as we know) didn't attend the Durant meeting.

Does sound shady. Could be that KD wants to tell OKC before making it public; has asked everyone to respect that. Wade kept it secret as I remember..
