Is it weird that I was more optimistic getting the #1 pick with 3rd best odds last season, than I am getting #1 pick with best odds this season?
It's because you feel like you now have something to lose. For me, it's the same as the fact that I only get really nervous in a playoff series when we are winning and I can taste victory - now there is something to lose. If you go down the first few games, like last year, then there's not much to be nervous about.
