This whole thing where the Celts were only offered rip offs.....yeah. That's BS. We saw an all star go for the 12th pick and saw Thaddeus Young go for the 20th pick.

What it comes down to is that this is an owner that promised fireworks two years ago and his team simply hasn't gotten it done when it comes to using the assets the team has.

This is absolutely a fake rumor and absurd.

Phoenix got two top 10 picks for peanuts.  Danny is not doing his job and hasn't been for two years.  Sitting on assets and overvaluing our bench/role players and that's all they are.  If anyone is doing the ripping off its probably us.

Thaddeus Young is 28 years old and averaged over 16 points only once in his career.  Ainge is going to have to answer for these draft picks because there were certainly other legitimate options, but I don't think he should be blasted because he won't give away assets for players who won't make a bit of difference when it comes to winning a championship.

I don't disagree with you at all. Anyone who believes a word Wyc says is just too dumb to be helped.

But at this point, it is what it is. This team has not improved itself and its primary weakness at all. At all.
